This course will expand on the Athlete Branding section of the introductory course, The Sports Agent Experience, and introduce advanced concepts of athlete marketing to students. What role does the agent play in marketing athletes? Connecting with brands, news outlets, and social media verticals allows for player visibility and brand development. This course will allow students to develop the necessary skills to market their clients more effectively and introduce strategies on effectively turning an athlete into a brand. Social media has exploded over the years allowing athletes to gain instant exposure. Learning to create this roadmap will allow for client retention and client acquisition.
